Section 14 states that candidates or political parties who wish to have campaign assistants in an election must notify the details of the campaign assistants, their duties and compensation, as well as other relevant evidence in the form specified at the end of the regulations, to the Director of the Provincial Election Commission Office before the day of the operation. The Director of the Provincial Election Commission Office must compile the documents that the candidates or political parties have notified and report them to the Commission.
